Our daughter has been doing weekly one hour one-on-one sessions with Ida. Ida worked out quickly what skills needed developing. She always fits a lot in to the one hour. Ida is an excellent communicator and gives all her focus to the athlete.

Our daughter has been able to put the skills she has worked on with Ida into her games. We have had other coaches comment to us about her footwork.

Ida takes great interest in her athletes, always saying hi, and discussing their recent games. She has watched many of our daughter's games in person and on video and has been able to offer her direct feedback.

My daughter has been training with Ida for over six months. She happily gets up bright and early to train one morning a week before school and the difference in her game is fantastic.

Ida works with my daughter’s strengths and then challenges her to improve and strengthen her game. Where my daughter’s game and skills need work Ida has tailored the sessions to explicit teach and practice the skills in an interesting and motivating way. Ida will video skills as a teaching tool for improvement and has a wonderful manner and way of working.

To see the confidence of my daughter grow in her skills and games has been amazing. Ida takes a personal interest in my daughter’s games and will often be there to watch and give feedback.
I highly recommend these individual sessions with Ida, as does my daughter!

Hi Ida,
I just want to thank you for helping or my daughter, I think you have made a big difference to her already, I only wish I had known about you earlier. I look forward to seeing what she achieve going forward after spending more time with you and as you break down her walls and help her believe in herself.
It is so great for young girls to be able to have a woman that they can work with and look up to.
